[RUSL] update

Here is the backlink.  After Friday's action I have made the following miner mods to the blue model from that link and below is the updated model.  If this plays out then wave 2/b would be a WC that both retraced to the 61.8% fib and filled the gap shown by the pink rectangle.  It would be a very good place to stage a reversal and while nothing is guaranteed, this has become my primary model.  Note: the chart below is obviously log scale even though I forgot to mark this on the chart itself.
