Does the [DJIA] panic begin today or will we get one final push to a new high?

Here is the backlink to one of the earlier posts outlining the potential for a 4th wave triangle here.  As long as the DJIA remains above that support line I am on the sidelines with UVXY.  I am not saying that new highs must happen.  What I am saying is that it's possible ans so until a clear breakdown happens I will err to the side of caution.  We will know very soon what the herd is likely going to do next.
