[GE] update

Here is the backlink.  We are near the point where GE must begin to collapse if the current model is correct.  As long as GE stays above the red line, the market still has the option to treat the Nov high as 1 of 5 instead of 5 of 5.  Once GE falls below the red line then we know that this bullish potential potential is negated.
