Today's sudden spike in GLD in the red oblong below caused a throwover but it was a motive wave and the proper form should have been a 3 wave corrective a-b-c. So this greatly detracts from the HT scenario.
At this point I think the herd is again dancing on a knife edge and it can go either way but I am calling red below primary for now because of the motive move up off the deck. A break below the lower rail of the HT confirms that it was an HT...
