[Hillary] Clinton's political career is dangerously close to entering a flat spin

I am on record (well before it seemed even remotely possible) as saying that Hillary Clinton will not be the next president.  I think the new and growing conservative mood has sealed her fate.  Stuff that would have been swept under the carpet and ignored by the herd will no longer receive that treatment.  The cattle have stopped their grazing not because they wanted to but because the grass supply has thinned way out.  So they are now looking around for someone to blame for this.  This is just how the herd works.   Always has, always will.

So it should come as no surprise that people are now publicly discussing the fact that Petreaus was prosecuted for the same type of crime that Hillary committed.  It's one thing if you commit an arcane crime like "security violation" and you are the first to have done so.  But with the Petreaus Precedent [(c) 2015, The Cap'n.] right there for public side by side comparison I think it gets very difficult for Hillary to brush it off and try to act like it was nothing.  It was not nothing.  It was something. Ask Petreaus.  It ended his career.

Will this bring "The Hillary" down?  I don't know.  But I think my odds of being right about her not winning the presidency are going up these days.  Time will tell.
