[USO] update

In the backlink I was expecting a USO bottom in the $14 range.  Below is the chart from that post:














Current chart kissed $13.83 in a falling wedge:



Applying CWT to the zoom in I get the count below.  Of course we could also see the failed 5th happen and in fact black 3 actually could count as black 5 if I was to hold my head just right.  The key will be whether this reverses upward tomorrow or breaks down below the top red rail below.
