Most people think siding with the police everywhere and always is a conservative opinion. That's because people have a completely distorted view of what real conservatism is. They think that the GOP is conservative. I think the GOP is liberal as Hell. But there is a new conservatism sweeping this land and it starts with real leaders losing their fear of saying things that are not fully aligned with the current direction that the herd is traveling. Just like the reversal of the bird flock I showed in pictures some posts ago, it starts with just a few changing direction at just the right time - a time when the herd is ready to change directions even though it looks like a bullet heading in the current direction.
In any case, Michael Savage appears to be taking such a leadership role. He's saying that the Garner homicide was in fact murder. He's saying that you can't just blindly side with the police and that the facts of the case matter. Of course, I could not agree more. I expect an increase in this kind of thinking as time goes on: no more get out of jail free cards for overzealous (AKA murderous) police. Before we reach a new normal we will see police going to jail for their crimes. Just firing them is not enough; it sends the message that there is a two tier justice system: one tier for those who administer it and another, much worse deal, for the rest of us.
Real change is coming folks, not Obama same ole' same ole' change (i.e. acceleration of status quo).
By the way, the liberal dems have just suffered the most midterm losses, ever. I called this tide change back in Dec 2013 when my Duck indicator showed the conservative Duck Dynasty winning out over Liberal A+E. Let me tell you something: 99% of politicians have no real convictions of their own. People with real, unwavering principles and convictions like Ron Paul are one in 1000. The rest of the politicians sway with the wind and tide. Their main goal is job security for themselves, the country be damned. They see this new direction of the herd and liberal dems will get behind it so they don't get steamrolled by it.
