Ebay: where there is smoke...

WSJ says Ebay is about to do a big layoff.  They characterized them as "deep" and "massive".  But wait a second!  I thought the economy was all hunky dory!  What gives with this?  Growing companies do not have "massive" RIFs.  While the shares are sporting a double top, it is not a declining one.  The wave count on this one is hard to call but it will trade with the rest of the market.
