I provide all of these references for no other reason than to prove that I am not just agreeing with recent herding signals about Hillary's decline; I was negative on Hillary before it began really showing up in the polls.
And show up in the polls it has accord to a recent release by Gallup. Here's the picture from that article. It was created to give the impression of Sanders laughing at a pleading Hillary. Remember, the media does not report news as much as it reflects the mindset of its audience. It is essentially a form of herding signals and you can see that the signals this photo is giving off are not positive for the socialist witch. Of course, Sanders is a flaming socialist as well so he stands no chance of winning either.
The article goes on to provide the chart below which shows that Hillary has just experienced the political death cross: there are now more unfavorable views of her than favorable ones.
Finally, and quite unexpectedly I might add, liberal rag WaPo is out with a new article claiming that it is actually too late for the dems to change their front runner. So again, Hillary is being thrown under the bus by her own long-time supporters. In that article, WaPo actually writes something of value which is that "... Donald Trump ...appears entirely immune to every political law of gravity". While they are doing little more than wondering aloud why Trump seems to be getting a free pass, this observation is entirely in line with my predictions that the mood of the herd was swinging away from the liberals and toward the conservatives. Of course WaPo never complained when liberals were the ones who were getting all of unfair breaks falling in their favor...
For the record, Trump is a serial pump and dump bankruptcy artist and an elitist; he is in no way conservative. But the herd isn't generally sophisticated enough to understand this and so the move back toward true conservatism must occur in stages. First the fake conservatives will get a break but at the end of the day real conservatives will regain control. I cannot say at which stage of this pendulum swing we will find ourselves at by the time the 2016 elections occur. Quite possibly the former.
Here is a very simple set of tests to determine who is a real conservative and who is a useless poser:
- Real conservatives walk the paygo line. Fake conservatives take on debt in order to do conservative-sounding bullshit.
- Real conservatives want smaller government, less taxes, more freedoms.
- Real conservatives do not want to control people who are not hurting other people. They view such control attempts as a form of enslavement.
- Real conservatives do not believe in or support the use of fake money.
- Real conservatives speak plainly and tell the truth despite whether or not they think it will help them in the polls.
- Real conservatives do not think the government is the boss of/owner of the people and in fact they think the reverse is true.
- Real conservatives respect the free market and it's ability to clear out liberal excesses.
- Real conservatives know that growth comes from labor, not money games or political will. Conservative leaders know that government does not "grow" anything; government is parasitic in nature and so the very best it can do is to not be too much of an impediment. Support the labor of man as controlled by the free market and you will not be standing in the way of growth. This does not mean support big labor, unions, etc. It in fact means leave the topic alone and let people decide their own path.
- Real conservatives know that government cannot promote morality. All it can do of any value is to administer the process of punishment for those who hurt others. Any attempts beyond this to try to "make people better" are self-serving lies coming from control freaks who are probably pedophile or morally corrupt in some other way.
