Smells like politics over at the IRS

Everyone knows that Lerner's emails were not really lost.  Confiscated?  Yes.  Lost due to multiple unlikely hard disk failures, lack of emails stored in the Exchange server like the rest of the world has, and recycled back up tapes?  Bullshit.  The question right now should be getting asked of technical people: can you recover those emails or not?  And TECHNICAL people should be responding with "yes we can" or "sorry, they're gone".

And so you know that politicking is in play when the lawyer for the IRS starts making statements about the potential availability of the emails.  This is clearly in response to the new justice department probe into the matter.  Those who know something are sending their lawyer forward in order to test the waters to see what kind of clemency deal can be made.  They probably want immunity and a bribe in order to roll over on Obama and the rest of the criminal enterprise.  Now that justice is involved, the risk of jail time goes up exponentially.  The opportunity for just doing a mea cupla is rapidly waning.  If these emails are not produced very soon then someone, maybe a number of co-conspirators, could find themselves in the federal slam for a long time.

This is getting entertaining now.  Squirm you asshats.  Squirm for the damage you have done to this once great nation.  First squirm and then later burn.  There will be retribution, of that I am sure.  The people will not settle for hand slaps anymore.  The two tier legal system (where there is one set of rules and light punishments for government insiders and police, and another set of harsh rules and ridiculously inappropriate punishments for the rest of us) must be and therefore will be dismantled.
