Government to soon begin attacking corporations.

I'll keep it simple:
  • The military industrial complex (MIC) which was first mentioned by Eisenhower in his outgoing speech is an organized crime syndicate consisting of military, industry and government.
  • The energy source of this corruption is credit/debt.  Now that the global credit growth is turning into global credit contraction, there will not be enough free lunch to keep all of the non-productive parasite criminal traitors alive.
  • As with any end times for organized crime groups, after having screwed the Marks and Patsies until there is nothing left to take, they will turn on each other.  Small things will snowball into big things.  Old alliances will crumble.
  • Each of the branches of the con will begin infighting and there will be even more infighting and rolling over within each branch.
The new shot across the bow of government by industry is "we never plan to repatriate our global earnings so you will never get your fucking cut".  This Yahoo article explains how that is working.  Of course, government will not like this.  They will want their cut and they will begin to enact legislation to force "uppity" corporations to pay up.

Government is already attacking the banks.  They gave JP Morgan a fat fine not long ago and then more recently BNP got a ~9bn fine for a "tour de fraud".   Of course, right now nobody is going to jail for all of this fraud.  All sins are bought off with money.  But at some point this will become very much harder to do and government will show those pesky corporations that it will jail anyone who doesn't pay the cash.  So right now, criminal activity doesn't really matter if you are a banker but at some point fairly soon I expect that this is going to change dramatically.

After banks will come the vilification of the large multinationals.  Why do you think that will be?  Because multinationals are evil or because it is always smarter to go after a big elephant if you want to feed a whole village of complicit criminals than to go after 1000 jackrabbits in order to get the same result?  You need bang for the buck so to speak. You need to go after those with the ability to pay if you want to keep your organization well fed during a bad hunting season.  This is why it will happen and it will have nothing to do with whatever trumped up reasons they present to us when it happens.

Companies like IBM which have effectively transitioned from being US companies into international corporations will be targeted.  It would not surprise me to see IBM move its HQ out of the USA before the carnage is over.

For the record, I agree that all of this sounds completely insane right now.  There is no hint that it is coming except for the lessons of history regarding the rise and fall of organized criminal enterprise.  Still, it is inevitable.  The parasitic criminal factions have gotten too big to continue at their current size and so they must begin eating their own because Mark and Patsy are tapped out, have nothing left to take and are beginning to talk revolt.  More importantly, they are backing up their talk with armed standoffs like the one at Bundy Ranch in Nevada earlier this year. Despite the bureaucratic howling and growling of "this isn't over" as the BLM retreated, yes the Bundy deal is over.  This sent a message far and wide: picking on individuals is a dying game, time to go after larger targets even if they are supposed to be part of the same crime family.

Government might be corrupt, lazy and greedy, and even at times very foolish but it is NOT stupid.  Bundy Ranch didn't turn into Waco or Ruby Ridge for good reason: The Bundy situation was no longer government thugs against one target.  It was no longer a contained situation.  Government would have had to kill not just one family (which is just fine for them) but rather many people from many families.  In addition, they would not be facing scared and surprised people woken from sleep in the middle of night.  Instead it would be well armed and well trained patriots wearing bullet-proof vests and wielding modern weapons from excellent protective vantage points.  I don't know about you but I would not want to be in that valley below if  this guy had decided that he was left with no option but to start shooting.

Government knows that a firefight with this kind of diverse, freedom loving patriot would result in a rapid self-organization and subsequent uprising of the armed American Fighting Man against unjust authority.  If there is one thing that American people have going for them is the ability to defend themselves using deadly force when no other options are possible in the face of unrelenting tyranny.  Without this I certainly would have moved to Belize years ago.  At the end of the day, the only real exceptionalism to be found in this land is the constitution and the 2nd amendment which gives us the right (and thus the responsibility) to protect it.

Just like myriads of companies fled Californiastan's voracious taxation, it's only natural that the next step is fleeting Americastan's even more voracious taxation. And, just like all that we heard from the left coast was whining and bemoaning, I don't really expect anything different in kind, just in degree, from the über DMV.

BTW, the 2nd Amendment does not give anyone any right, it merely recognizes a natural right of man which the state is bound to respect. Man has rights that are inherent to his humanity and that precede any state, be it ruled by men or by law.
