Boeing update

In my previous post on Boeing Aerospace,  I modeled that it had one more wave to go down to finish a 5 wave motive sequence (which would thus collectively be "1 down").  That wave did occur as shown below.  It did not extend down like I suspected it would but there are now 5 clear waves down into black 1.

Following that we got a-b-c into black 2 which just so happened to reverse at the 38.2 fib which was also at about the level of the prior 4th wave.  Lucky coincidence, huh?  Following that we have 5 smaller waves down into blue 1 which is to say 1 of 3.  Then we got 3 waves back up into about the 23.6.  This is classic Elliott folks.  I expect that blu

Here is a zoom in of just the time between blue 1 and blue 2.  Blue 2 could be complete already in which case it should start heading down at the opening bell tomorrow.  Alternatively, only 1 of 5 of C is complete as of today, and in that case I would expect an AM rally that turns sour and then goes red intraday only to become a significant sell off by the closing bell.

The intraday reversal would be yet another signal to the herd that the big money is selling into any strength.  You do not want to hold stocks when this is happening.  You want to get more and more bold about shorting them, especially this early in the crash when the odds of default are still pretty low.  There is one reason and one reason only that stocks will be going down: liquidity is drying up.  Erste Bank was fair warning to anyone with a brain: the banks are loaded to the gills with crap assets - faaaaaar more than most people realize.  The write downs will be coming in order to try to architect a smooth landing.  In other words, trying to spread the bad news out a bit like Erste Bank did.  But the losses will be too massive and they will eventually overwhelm the corrupt system.

The faster the herd gets fearful, the better TVIX will perform.  TVIX is a fear engine.  The more fear per unit time, the better it will do.  I am not talking up my book here because nobody can hear me anyhow given my tiny readership.  I'm just explaining how it works.  TVIX is options based and options bleed off over time.  Options do very well when the goal is reached more quickly.
