My handicapped parking indicator is getting tripped....

Here is the backlink to the original threads in which I predicted that as a sign of the new conservatism that handicapped parking spots would be coming under attack soon.

The premise is simple: humans are a herding species and when there is plenty for all (no matter where it came from), everyone gets more generous, more supportive, will put up with more crap, more kum-ba-yah, the individual-insulting concept that "it takes a village", etc.  Why?  Because in general the prosperity of a full belly outweighs all logical thought.  And the great credit expansion made the money flow easily and thus filled all bellies.  So we put up with the increasing power and control of the nanny state and of the police state and of the military industrial complex and of elitism in general.  They promised to take care of us as a rancher cares for his herd.  They were ripping the herd off but the herd, in aggregate, was getting theirs so nobody gave a f@#$.  That is how the herd thinks.

But as the expanding debt has brought diminishing returns, the middle class has taken a step down in lifestyle and so the herd is starting to give a shit again about its own welfare.  Before, the nanny state said "hey, let's take waaaaay more front row parking spots and reserve them for the weak and disabled at the expense of the strong economic producers".  In effect, because of expanding credit, it seemed to the elitists that they no longer needed or cared about the working man.  They had fake labor/borrowed labor in the form of printed money and expanding credit.  Of course, that is just pure economic foolhardiness because all future value comes from labor of the strong, not from gaming the money supply.  Without the strong being motivated to produce, there is simply less for the herd to consume.  And that means less for the elite and less for the old, weak and infirmed.  In any case, the model says that at some point the fake labor is repudiated and one of the signs would be a fall from the government pedestal for the weak and infirmed.

As further proof that my model is playing out, I offer today's story whereby a man who thought to play handicapped parking spot nanny was harassing people who would park in the Starbucks handicap spot.  You can see from the video that the man, who was banned from Starbucks in writing and for life, is incredulous about being treated like this.  After all, he was just trying to enforce Starbuck's own policy, right?  Too bad that liberal nanny state fool didn't read my blog or he would have spent his energies elsewhere.

In his partial defense, the man, it seems, has a handicap case in the family and is thus emotionally involved in the subject.   But emotions are not always your friend.  He has been brainwashed into believing that handicaps have more rights than anyone else even though this is historically NOT the case.  Historically, the strong and smart producers have the rights and the weak and infirmed get scraps falling off the table.  But fake money has driven "great society" thinking to the extreme and so now there is nobody more important than weak and infirmed in the minds of many, especially government. 

And why is that?  Because government cannot control the strong!!   I do not accept government threats and I do not kowtow to government assholes.  I regularly tell the NSA and CIA and any other LEOs monitoring this blog for signs of "dangerous activity" to FUCK THE HELL OFF.   If I am threatened by government, I'm coming out swinging and I don't have a problem putting that into writing.   This is not a new attitude for me just because I believe that the police state is on the wane.   If they attack me then I have money for lawyers as a first response and if all else fails then I am strong enough and well prepared enough to put up a physical fight.  If I go down it will not be solo folks.  So government cannot easily control me and millions of others like me and they know it.  Government can, however, control, bribe and threaten the weak into voting for them.  So this is why government uplifts the weak, tries to make the rest of us feel guilty and intimidated simply because we are not weak.  Of course, since this con game only works on the weak minded, the truly strong have have never felt guilty or intimidated.

Watch and see for the next phase of this indicator to play out.  Cities will be backing off on their handicap support / accessibility requirements which cost business owners more money and waste a lot of spaces up front at every store for the sake of political correctness.  They won't be doing this because they want to, they will be doing it in order to become more business friendly and to remove obstacles for small businesses to come into the community and add value.  In other words, the day of the small guy, the hard worker, the rugged, self sufficient individualist is neigh at hand.
