Confused about inflation and deflation?

I've just added a subsection to the INSIGHT tab that you should read if you have any confusion whatsoever about what inflation and deflation really mean (and you probably do have some misconceptions).  I've tried to keep it simple without talking down to the reader.  I hope this helps people understand what is happening to the economy and why.
