Christian baker 2, Colorado Gay Advocay Center 0.

As a follow on this this series of posts, be it known that things are working out for the Christian baker from Colorado exactly as I predicted they would.  Today we see that an attempt to do an end around the recent SCOTUS loss for the gay team on this issue was again batted down by the courts.  Essentially, as you can see from this article excerpt, they tried to entrap the baker with a 2nd "civil rights abuse" case:

On June 26, 2017, the same day that the U.S. Supreme Court agreed to take up Masterpiece Cakeshop v. Colorado Civil Rights Commission, an attorney asked cake artist Jack Phillips to create a cake designed pink on the inside and blue on the outside, which the attorney said was to celebrate a gender transition from male to female. Phillips declined the request because the custom cake would have expressed messages about sex and gender identity that conflict with his religious beliefs. Less than a month after the Supreme Court ruled for Phillips in his first case, the state surprised him by finding probable cause to believe that Colorado law requires him to create the requested gender-transition cake.

So rabidly crazy was that Colorado gay advocacy commission that they actually sent their lawyer agent to the baker in order to see if he would also spit in the face of transgenderism the same way he did to homosexuality.  Whereas  a liberal would have probably caved in and baked the cake, Christian conservative Jack Phillips minced no words and gave no ground.  In his mind there is a right and a wrong and he will not be part of what he considers to be wrong.  That is conservative thinking.

So not only is there now precedent that not serving gays is a matter of personal choice, but so is not serving trannies.  And that is as it should be.  In fact, if someone doesn't want to serve blacks or whites or yellows or rainbow then who in the fuck is government to say otherwise?  In other words, fucking government is not the boss of free people!

Of course this is a two edged sword. If The Christian guy goes out of business because the gays and trannies all go to his competitor then that's just tough shit on a stick for the baker.  If you are going to have principles, stick to them and accept the consequences.  But NOBODY should be able to go running to big brother amoral government and use the power of the gun to force them into doing something they don't want to do.  That's slavery and we are supposed to be past that here in 2019.
