Paygo is coming to healthcare.

By shifting all the costs onto the middle class in order to buy the votes of the poor, the middle class is dying.  PFE's move suggests that this strategy has reached the point of diminishing returns.  If it's true for PFE its true for government.  The more they grab, the harder the middle class is going to fight back from now on.  The easy money has already been taken from Mark and Patsy.  Now it gets real.
