More evidence of the fall of the Rambo-like police state

As well documented in these pages, the cops have gotten so used to getting away with anything and being protected by the system that they lost all respect for human life.  I am on significant record here saying that that peak prosperity gains associated with peak debt on-take would eventually result in peak police state bullshit.  All of it is completely related.

Today's proof point for this is the handing down of charges of first degree murder for the obvious "I have no time to deal with you" style casual execution of a person by police back in late 2014.  The link has a video which you can fast forward to 5:20 into.  Seconds later, the police are seen to just open fire on the victim because he will not respond to their orders.

I'm not saying that the victim was a good person or that he was doing no wrong.  I don't know the facts and I don't care enough to research them.  What I am saying is that the way this guy was shot down in the street was just casual, like so what, another roach got stepped on.  And maybe the victim was in fact a human roach for all I know.  BUT IT IS NOT THE JOB OF POLICE TO MURDER PEOPLE THEY DON'T THINK SHOULD BE BREATHING ANYMORE.  I'm telling you, once the cops begin to feel they have this unassailable life and death power then everyone has to worry about getting shot by a cop who values getting to the coffee and doughnut shop more than he values human life.  They don't know when to stop and so they cannot be allowed to start.  That is human nature.

So for any long time reader cops, you know I clearly warned you that this day was coming and I'm telling you is is only going to get worse from here.  In fact, the pendulum is going to swing the other way and it will get to the point where cops are afraid to even defend themselves in valid self defense situations because of fear of legal ramifications for doing so.  All I can say is that you brought this onto yourselves by failing to keep the serious assholes in your ranks in check.  YOU let this get out of control by remaining in quiet complicity.  YOU are an accessory to all of it.  If you are on the take, doing illegal things, etc. I recommend you quietly back away from all illegal activity because the witch hunts are about to begin and even minor infractions will result in loss of pension.  Yes, boys, they will be looking for ANY reason to separate you from your pension because they don't have the money to pay you AND they need bodies to throw under the bus in order to appease a discontented herd.
