[NOC] update

Northrup Grumman is at the high end of the military adventurism scale.  They are well managed although just as corrupt a part of the military industrial complex as all "defense" companies.  I posted on it before but the count proved to be too early and so I am updating that model per below.

My view is clear: I think the odds support a trip to $20 by 2018.
