James Inhofe, Senator from OK, just tried kissing the feet of the military industrial complex by issuing a bill requiring military spending to send arms to Ukraine. Of course it was all done in the name of democracy and the Americanization of the world, blah blah blah.
Of course, Inhofe is a willing patsy but he is also a politician meaning that he required "proof" from Ukraine that Russia was providing arms to the area and thus the US must respond. There are still a lot of dumb ass Americans who buy that logic even though the number is falling rapidly. So Inhofe, (which I think is the Ukrainian word meaning "hoof in mouth" ; ), got a few obviously dated photos of Russian military hardware and started shopping them around as proof of the need for US escalation of the regional problems.
In the past, any old crappy "proof" would do and in fact many times no proof was even offered to the people. The dumb ass Americans would vote for their favorite liberal shoe-licker of the military industrial complex, usually because he promised them free stuff, and then such asshole would go sell his soul to Mammon who runs the military industrial complex. Before you knew it, hundreds of billions would be added to the debt pile and the money would be spent on weapons, hookers, booze, junkets to go find hookers and booze and every other manner of corruption that one can fathom.
But lately the sheeple are coming out of their credit-induced stupor. They no longer check their credit score each month as if it were the most important data point about them. At the same time they decreasingly believe every lie that comes out of a political oligarch's mouth. Such is the case in today's story where Inhofe was caught red handed hawking bogus "proof" for need of his bill. Now when recent "busted" moments like this have been happening of late, the busted party falls back on "I was tricked" or some other plausible deniability excuse for being a asstard. Those sentiments are still working but I believe not for much longer. If Inhofe was tricked so easily into promoting a bill costing American taxpayers hundreds of millions or more then he is an incompetent shit who just needs to have toilet paper thrown on top of him as the flush handle is pulled. Of course, he is not that stupid; he just thinks the people are. He doesn't give two shits about what happens in Ukraine. He just cares about what kinds of kickbacks he will get for bootlicking (and I'm trying to be nice here...) the military industrial complex.
Soon enough I think someone is going to catch some politico accepting bribes for his political treason against the American people in support of the ridiculous military and banking oligarchs. When this happens many of the remaining sleeping sheeple will finally wake up and smell the betrayal and they will not be happy about it. I give it no more than 1 year - it will likely happen in 2015. Once this happens, anyone caught doing anything will not be afforded the labels of "stupid" or "mistake". These words will be replaced with the truth which includes words like "criminal" and "traitor". When the other politics see a few bad men go down hard then they will finally get the message that if they want to keep their cushy jobs then they have to go back to old school conservatism and honesty. And so they will, but all in good time.

When the evidence for dozens of tanks, missile systems, armored carriers, etc crossing the border from Russia to Ukraine is missing in an age of satellites that can snap pictures of license plates and drones with FLIR everywhere, it is the most glaring evidence that Putin is innocent and Barry, guilty of conspiring against a democratically elected government and to use that country as canon fodder for the sole purpose of showing the world that America can still get what it wants when it wants. Only Merkel and Hollande flew to Moscow and didn't invite Kerry, left behind as the message boy of an old pimp.
