Mish did his own summary and here is the link to it. Mish is no fan of big government police state but he also tends to be very conservative in the things he says. In other words if something is wrong he will say it is wrong and not much more. But this time you can see he's taking it personal:
"Dick Cheney War Criminal
My take is that Dick Cheney is a war criminal. He should be tried in a court of law, and if justice is served, sentenced to death and buried in the same grave as Sadaam Hussein.
The same goes for everyone involved in the torture schemes especially former CIA director George Tenet.
There is absolutely no excuse for this kind of behavior. Ever."
Lobbying for someone's execution is far, far far away from anything I have ever read coming from Mr. Conservative. I'm usually the guy posting these kinds of things. What it proves to me is that people are finally seeing it my way.
The only way to stop these corrupt, organized criminal government terrorists is to send the message that they are not above the law, that there is no two tier justice system, that breaking the law and hurting people cannot be dealt with by getting fired or getting a slap on the wrist. It has to be jail time or worse. The person must be totally ruined and brought down in every way so that others who would take the same path can see that it is a dead end, perhaps literally based on the severity of the crime.
Bush needs to be tried for war crimes. So does Cheney. We need to send the message to future presidents that they are not above the law as well.
Furthermore, Greenspan and Bernanke need to be tried for corruption and economic crimes against humanity. If people knew what I knew about how much global pain, suffering and damage that has been visited upon the people of Earth via the fraudulent scam of fake money and fractional reserve banking then these bastards would also be put to death in order to send a message forward through the years to come.
Finally, there is the small matter of 9-11. I have not forgotten what happened and I have not forgiven anyone. Heads must literally roll over that massive con job and loss of life. I continue to believe that justice will eventually be done here. These used to sound like pipe dream words to most people but after the recent admission about CIA torture (something that most people thought could and would never, ever happen), I hope people are waking up to the possibility of a real 9-11 disclosure.
The reason, the only reason it would ever happen and the only reason I ever predicted it would happen has nothing to do with justice per se. It has nothing to do with politicians wanting to do the right thing or wanting to see criminals brought to justice. It has to do with trying to get the economy moving again. You see, people have given up on our leaders. We all think they are fucking assholes almost to the last man among them. Every one of them fears for his job now. If they are ever to get on solid footing, they need our trust and there is only one way to achieve that at this point now that they cannot buy it with an improving economy. In fact, as the economy swirls the toilet bowl they will be even more hard pressed to gain our approval. This and this alone is why the truth about 9-11 and other government false flag operations will eventually be exposed. They need to fess up, bring at least some of the perps to justice and apologize for having allowed the US to get into this despotic, 3rd world nation state of affairs.
If we do not get this then I predict that there will, within a short number of years, be another bloody American revolution.
That is, if we don't goad Russia into WWIII first.

Sorry, Captn, but in history this is not exactly how the events usually run their course.
Rather, unless a popular revolt erupts, one or two perpetrators are publicly humiliated and decried and imprisoned and that's it. Everyone is then ready to forget and to move on.
I think that this has typically been so because it happens in the first few motive waves of positive mood, when the worst of the negative mood waves cycle is over.
Look at what happened in Eastern Europe, whose states were tyrant killing machines, but ended with one or two heads rolling, quite literally, and all their accomplices were granted a virtual amnesty, if not an actual one. Of course, in spikes of negative mood in the future, some of them were dragged in public again and sentenced, though keeping their heads. Every now and then lately, as the negative mood is souring, I learn of such public ammolations in Europe.
What I mean is that the justice that we'd like to see is not going to be served. On this side of Heaven, crime does pay.
