Since just 1 month after I posted that, XOM began a downhill slide that I think is ready to pick up pace rapidly. It's possible that WC2 could just be A of 2 and now we are finished with B of 2. We should know in a few days. But in any case this should be falling over pretty hard into late July and into August as wave 3 down plays out.
