Since that data was "lost" we have not heard much about it. And now we know why: everyone was waiting to see who was going to win the elections. Why tell the truth if liberals (regardless of whether they be GOP or Dem!) were going to be able to con the people into another two years of police state control? But now that the elections were decided so strongly in favor of conservatism (which is right in line with my "Ducks" indicator [scroll down to highlighted section of that post] from late last year), the con men criminals know that the game is in big trouble and so they are slowly but surely coming clean and will eventually turn state's evidence in return for immunity from prosecution.
The latest example of this is that the Inspector General has magically and with almost superhuman effort (cough cough) been able to find 30000 emails that seem connected to Lerner. Of course, all of this was very, very difficult because, and I quote, "the tapes contain at least 250 million emails". I guess that is supposed to impress the average person. I can just hear Mark and Patsy sheeple commenting on this story across the nation: "Oh, wow, 250 million? So many? Gee, now it's clear why they took so long to come up with them. Our government works very hard for us!".
Unfortunately as an engineer with a long computer engineering background I can tell you that 250 million is child's play for any government computer. It's not even a difficult task for my home PC which now sports an 8 core processor with 4 gHz per core. Even my home personal computer could probably search all 250 million emails overnight (and much, mush faster if they had been pre-indexed as is often the case with email data bases). Large parallel systems like the government has easy access to could do it in minutes, even without prior indexing.
The time required for the IG to come up with these emails had nothing to do with technology. It had to do with waiting until the smoke cleared from the elections and then furthermore to see if the new power shift would be amiable or contentious.
- Note: despite claims that everyone would still just get along, I knew that was impossible. The conservative folks have gotten shit on for so long that they are not going to be very nice now that they have power and the liberals know it. Obama didn't even try to make nice with them. He just moved quickly into spewing executive amnesty and to be honest I don't really blame him for that. Not because I like him or approve of anything he does but rather because he, being a complete con man and organized crime figure, would be best served by not wasting any of the two years that liberals still have the presidency to go as radical left as he possibly can as soon as he can. He hopes that by playing Santa Claus to the lower caste of society that he can buy the 2016 presidency. But it is not going to work no matter what he does because even the liberals themselves are becoming more conservative. That is the way that the pendulum is swinging now and they are going to conform to what the herd wants regardless of their own views because, more than anything, they fear being ostracized. This is just herding 101.
Yes, Lois Lerner is going under the bus and so sooner or later she is going to roll over on her criminal ex-bosses. If the new congress has any brains they will put her in witness protection until they can get around to building their case against Obama on this matter. Her odds of having a sudden downward change in health just went up 20x. Heck, accidents happen to people all the time. Maybe she will decide to step off a tall building or maybe the commercial airliner she is flying it might explode without reason. I can tell you this: she knows too damned much or she would never have placed the X on her back in front of Congress by first saying that she personally did nothing wrong and then taking the 5th for the rest of the hearing.
