Why now? Why not before?

Maryland has been screwing its citizens out of tax dollars with their double taxation law for a long time now.  So why is the US Supreme Court now ruling that all of that immoral money grabbing by big government against individual citizens is suddenly unconstitutional?  You don't really think nobody complained about this before do you?  You don't believe that the decision has one damned thing to do with "discrimination against interstate commerce" or any other such mumbo jumbo bullshit, do you?

Truth it, the decision has to do with one thing: the ruling elite class is worried about a pitchfork revolution and they are backing down, trying to give the little guy a little breathing room before too many of them just throw their hands in the air saying "f--- it, line crossed, game on".  This ruling has nothing to do with honesty, morality or the law.  It has to do with fear.  I smell fear on the elite.  They stink of it.  I think it shows that they are in fact smarter than many give them credit for because failure to understand the plight of the huge US lower class is a good way to get dragged out into the street and hanged.  I'm hopeful we can avoid all that but I worry that the only reason we are getting any breaks like this is that things are worse than even I think they are.
