Cop indicted for assault.

Listen up cops, it's past time to wake up and change your game because your bosses cannot or will not be able to protect you from your own vile inhuman actions going forward.  I warned that this was going to be the case long before there was even a small porcelain crack in the police state. In a herding species, actions have a tangible momentum and the police state momentum has hit a telephone pole.  And just as I said it would happen, the changes are not occurring because the corrupt cops are suddenly turning honorable.  They are happening because their support cover from above, which included corrupt management and city leaders enforcing a two speed legal system, has collapsed.  Those in the higher ranks are no longer going to stand between the angry herd and the offending cops.

Today's proof point of this is documented here where Delaware cops have "declassified" a dashcam video showing one of their finest pieces of shit kicking an unarmed man in the face as he was on the ground and of zero threat.  I'm not saying the victim is perfect by any means.  He's probably a piece of shit too for all I know.  But that does not give cops the right to use them for karate practice dummies.  If the cop's safety is not in question, the violence must stop.  Cops must use all restraint possible before inflicting harm on the citizens.  It sounds like common sense but it has not been the practice for so long that cops have forgotten that it is their prime directive: PROTECT and SERVE, not DOMINATE and INCAPACITATE.

One more thing: no police dashcam video should ever be considered confidential.  That is just code for "cover up".  We the people are done with that crap.  Here's how it's going to be in the future: if the public pays for something, WE OWN IT.  It's OURS, not YOURS, dear con men and bureaucrats.  I don't care what government function we are talking about.

Yeah, I know, sounds crazy.   Lots of stuff I write sounds crazy at first.  The reason it sounds so unlikely is that everyone is brainwashed into believing that government is omnipotent.  In fact, if the people are unarmed then this is effectively true.

But if the people are armed then we retain the credible threat of revolt.  Even very low scale public disobedience like we have seen around the country recently has been enough of a scare to the powers that be that they are making the changes I have been documenting in this blog.  What I mean by this is that very, very little real violence has been dished out upon the elite to this point because they have started to move in the right direction.  But if they had instead ramped up the police state and gone on the offensive then there would have been open war in the streets not with signs and rocks but with real guns in the hands of citizens who had lost all respect and fear of the law.  You know, like a scene right out of some Mexican town shoot out.  This kind of open urban warfare is something that government simply cannot win and their recent actions in reining in their own bad behavior strongly suggest that they are cognizant of this fact.
