If you don't have it in your physical possession, it's not yours.

This story is just too angering for me to want to comment very much on.  But suffice to say, if someone, anyone, stole a million bucks from me, that would not be the end of it.  I would devote what little remains of my time on Earth to making sure none of them could ever do it again.
