What cannot be repaid will not be repaid. Just recently, the notion that student debt could not be discharged in personal bankruptcy was killed by a liberal Colorado court. Of course there will be appeals, etc. but at the end of the day, what cannot be repaid will not be repaid and lenders of money which they never earned in the first place will be the ones to BK.
When someone owes you $100k they have a problem.
When they own you 2 trillion, YOU have the problem.
Riddle me this: WHO was the bigger liberal moron, the McDaniel couple who wants something for nothing or the bank who actually loaned it to the deadbeat couple?
