Remember when I made the crazy prediction that online porn was going to get cut waaaay back in the future? Instead of being free it will all become expense and instead of being ubiquitous it will go back to being niche. Well it sounded crazy back then because, after all, the internet is for porn. But again the unfolding facts show that my world view is correct as Thailand of all places has now banned it country wide.
Yes, THAT Thailand, where liberals go for sexcations with young women. I guess the writing is on the wall now. This is good news for Thailand in general because many of the women there were pushed into this easy revenue source by their families and if government is cracking down then it will be time to teach the female children something besides how to pick up johns.
All Asian countries should be focusing on high tech development. Not high tech manufacturing. They already have that nailed and it's pretty much a slave culture for their people. They need to now get into the business of writing software, building the next generation of humanoid robots, etc. In other words, they need to embrace the Star Trek model as a future lifestyle because that is what everyone really wants whether they know it or not. Anything that brings us closer to Star Trek capabilities will be lauded and purchased.
