Feds somehow how recover ransomware payment. (cough cough)

I'm on record calling bullshit on all of these ransomware attacks which result in product shortages.  But if there was really no ransomware payment, how will the commercial company account for the fact that it has a few more million bucks on the books than it should have if they paid the ransom?

Well, easy!  Just make up another liberal lie about having recovered said payment without providing ANY credible details on just exactly how this was done!  Problem solved.  At the same time, this is a warning to Bitcoin lovers that their digital wallets might not be as secure as they think.

Their weak "explanation" of how the bitcoin was recovered was:

According to a court document, the Federal Bureau of Investigation was able to access the “private key,” or password, for one of the hackers’ bitcoin wallets. Bitcoin has often been the currency of choice for hackers demanding ransom payments to decrypt data locked by malware known as “ransomware.”

Crypto media outlet Decrypt reported there were unfounded rumors that the attackers’ bitcoin wallet had been “hacked,” an unlikely scenario.

So the FBI floated this unlikely rumor that they had hacked a wallet which was then used to steal the bitcoin back but of course the wallet itself is just as cryptographically protected as the digital currency.  So then another explanation was offered:

"an affidavit from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) suggests that authorities were able to trace the ransomed Bitcoin using a block explorer to a specific address containing 63.7 Bitcoin. They then seized control of the private key linked to this address, thus accessing the ransomed Bitcoin."

But the FBI provided no insight into how all of this was actually done because they did not want to reveal their tradecraft secrets.

HA HA HA!  The FBI is a better hacker than those who have lived it, made it their entire persona, for the last 20+ years????  B-U-L-L-S-H-I-T!!!  NFW.  Those who supposedly stole the money would have moved it about 64.75 times within 2.47 minutes of having stolen it.  Even I would be smart enough to NOT leave it in the wallet which it was supposedly transferred into.  Does a thief rob a bank and then leave the cash in the trunk of the getaway car?  Just how stupid does a person have to be to actually listen to any of the lies and propaganda coming from our desperate, FAKE, government?

Forget this whole notion of "conspiracy theories".  How about using a bit of common sense and street wisdom?  Would YOU leave the stolen bitcoin in the same wallet that was used to steal it?  THINK about it.
