Congrats to Amy Barrett

With Justice Barrett's confirmation to SCOTUS we are much safer from liberal interpretations of the constitution going forward.  As I'm sure you already know by now, Barrett has made her career as a so called constitutional "originalist" meaning that she does not try to change the original meaning using the argument that, "yeah they said that back then but you have to understand the context.  And using the context, we can interpret their words to mean (put whatever liberal bullshit you want here)".  One big example of constitutional gamesmanship by liberals is on the 2nd amendment.  Instead of just reading it like it is, they say, "well, nobody had an AR15 back then.  They had muskets.  So it's OK to have muskets but not AR15s.  The founders could never have anticipated that technology would put so much power in to the hands of a citizen".

In truth, the founders wanted the people to be armed well enough that we could, if needed overthrow an out of control government.  That's what they wanted!  They wanted us to have the option to do this.  It says so in some of the sweetest, most powerful words ever penned by man:

"whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security."

The founders knew through direct experience that asking a bully nicely to fuck off didn't work.  Bullies have to be taken down hard though the use of physical force.  If they have heavy weapons and the people do not, how can the people ever be expected to exercise their right and perform their duty "to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security."?  THAT is why the bill of rights says in such an open ended fashion that "...the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.".  ANY limitation here is an infringement.  If I want to maintain a battle tank then that right should be constitutionally protected.  Yes, I may go crazy and use it to commit crimes.  In fact it happened out in California some decades ago that someone stole a national guard tank and went on a rampage.  Yes, it sucked.  He did a lot of property damage before being taken down.  But I'm a Hell of a lot more fearful of being enslaved by corrupt deep state communist government than I am about someone running over cars with a tank. Freedom isn't free.  There is a cost to it which is measured in protesters being shot in the head, chest and arm, and of course in flattened cars.  But that's like crying about the cost of insurance and forgetting that hurricanes, tornadoes and floods routinely take everything that people have.  Nobody who was insured in the aftermath of Dorian in the Bahamas was crying about their insurance premium.  I wish freedom were free but it isn't and that is the message that foolish gun hating leftists liberals need to get through their brains.

With Justice Barrett I don't think we need to worry about creative interpretations of the constitution and I for one will sleep a bit better at night knowing this

Here comes the new plan...

The government is kind of fucked at this point.  By continuing to bail out bad debt via new currency printing, stocks keep going up.  While they want to keep their GDP (Global Debt Ponzi) from collapsing, they also need to begin doing something about the raging wealth divide.  Not because they want to, mind you, but because the riots are becoming more and more out of control now.  People are shooting each other in the head with hand guns and in the chest with AR15s.  None of this is about black lives and we know that because the looters happily loot and ruin black run businesses.

These riots are about thinly veiled anarchy, getting back at "the man" for keeping people down.  By "people" I really mean the bottom half of the population who were gifted with IQs of 100 or less.  You are talking about 150 million people in the US alone!

Government sees what is going on an needs a solution. It needs to stop money from going into the markets but without causing a general market crash.  Hmmm. How to do that.  Well, these markets are led by tech.  And not a lot of tech but rather a few tech titans.  And those titans are having unbridled political control.  So it will serve two purposes to attack those leaders.

And so that's why we are now seeing the department of injustice slap the tech leaders with monopoly (you are too successful) lawsuits.  All in the name of saving the little guy from the Global Debt Ponzi that government created.  It's so pathetic I can hardly stand to watch it but it's so predictable as well.  So will it work?  Actually, I think not, and for the same reason that trying to attack the wealthy doesn't work: they just move!  They do what it takes to avoid their attackers.  China sees what is happening and so it is now putting out PR saying China is open for fair business in China by US firms!!!  If the USeless Government isn't careful we could see tech companies threatening to move not from California Texas but instead to Shanghai or Shenzhen.

The next entertainment setup is upon us.

Because the police have behaved so badly in the past 40 years, I really can't feel anything positive toward them.  In fact, I think big government and its domestic army, the militarized police, are an enemy of the people.  First they demand a monopoly on the use of protective force.  IF someone is about to kill you they say run away and call the cops.  And then if the cops show up they shoot you by mistake.  But if you even so much as brandish a weapon in order to scare a hate mob of looting vandals off your property, man you are looking at life changing legal problems and debilitating expense.  The entire system is set up to intimidate people from engaging in self defense.  If people come at you they want you to run and cower in a corner, give up everything you worked for and then be left begging for your life from the criminals.

So yeah, if the police get fucked going forward, well, I intend to laugh out loud and generally enjoy the experience.  Hell yes. Eye for eye baby.  In any case what I see coming next is a collapse of the police pension system.  The reason is that all the cops who can retire now see the writing on the wall.  With the defunding of police, their pensions are now at risk and so they are retiring in droves in order to collect something on them before they get defaulted upon. 

But the retirement systems were already very weak and this new unexpected wave of retirement is going to break the bank.  The stress will be too much to bear and the retirement funds will be crying for a bail out.  And we will be told how our heroes in blue deserve to get these fat, lifelong pensions while the rest of us have to actually save for it out of our paychecks.  They will play human interest stories and talk about cops losing their homes and all these hard luck stories because of the pension system collapse.  

 The goal will be to trick people into agreeing to bail them out with even more debt but the cops are going to face a STIFF headwind from the people.  It's going to become a big deal IMO and I am just going to laugh and laugh and laugh at all the cops getting stiffed for their pensions because, what the Hell, I predicted it would happen a decade ago as part and parcel of the Global Debt Ponzi.  Crash and burn, asshole cops.  You get no sympathy whatsoever from me and it's YOUR OWN DAMNED FAULT.  I warned you WELL in advance that what you were doing was going to come back on you.  You pushed the people around when you should have considered the consequences of your arrogance and heavy handedness.  Now go get real productive jobs in your "retirement" years which for the rest of us are just normal working years with retirement at 67.5.

If you still think the government is anything but a lying corrupt piece of shit, watch this little gem as William Binney, a former geopolitical technical director within the NSA, comes out and burns the NSA down with a clear explanation of how the NSA spies on US citizens and then uses it against us under the corrupt legal system.  The NSA is a domestic terrorism group and I hereby predict the impossible will happen: the NSA will be disbanded within 5 years.   

You know why? Because with the conservative wave blowing through people are becoming less and less gullible.  Liberals believe government blindly, but conservatives can see right through it.  I monitor the comments of many social media outlets and I can tell you, the days of liberal sheeple calling someone with information like this "a conspiracy theorist" are pretty much over.  It used to be the first thing that you would hear.  But now???  It's over.  And that means people do not feel comfortable saying those words.  And that means the herd is changing direction.

Fuck the NSA, CIA, FBI, IRS and M-O-U-S-E.  They are all corrupt.  They have had absolute power and that corrupted them.  Now we need to claw back their pensions and cut 90% of their staff.  We need to make the tax rules fit on 1 page.  Everyone must pay something so that nobody will vote for more taxes knowing that they make low enough wages that they will get a kickback instead of a tax bill.  We need to shut down our foreign entanglements.  We need to stop spying on everyone and the information that has been already collected needs to be bit bleached and then the collection facilities need to be shut down.  Those running these corrupt operations need to be tried under the color law, sent to jail, and never be heard from again in society.

YOU HEAR ME NSA?  CIA?  FBI, IRS?  We are not afraid of you and it is YOU who will soon enough learn that the people are the boss of you and not the other way around.  And when it happens, I am going to laugh at your has been sorry asses.

China proves the case that crypto's are fool's gold

A good number of young, inexperienced people that I know were telling me how bitcoin was all the rage, that I was too old to "get it".  They rapidly spewed their pseudo economics about it being limited in issue, distributed control, etc.  They were euphoric because bitcoin had been going stratospheric and so they completely ignored my age, 20,000+ of study in the field of applied economic and Elliott wave market timing.  I just laughed with them as they laughed at me for being so clueless because of course crypto in general and bitcoin in particular were the new gold.

I told them it was near a major peak and they just laughed.  About 1-2 weeks later it went into freefall and is still only half the price that it was in late 2017.  I hope they learned a good hard lesson about this but I suspect they learned very little.  I'm not saying bitcoin can't rise from current levels and in fact I suspect it will.  But it is in no way the new gold. It is not a safe store of value.  Too many things can go wrong.  Today I want to point out just one example from China.  All a corrupt government has to do is declare war on the competing currency and make up new rules so that it cannot operate.

Disgusting Eurocon Christine Legarde has been talking about government crypto for a long time now.  This is definitely coming.  They are just waiting for the current fake money system to collapse so they can create a new one that is even more dangerous and harmful to citizens.  And that will be crypto based.  Legarde has gone out of her way to say multiple times that it should not compete with other cryptos or try to put them out of business. Well, you don't know something is true until the official denials are deemed necessary.  Everything that spews from their lips means the exact opposite of the words used.

When big governments decide that retail crypto is a nuisance they will call it a national security threat and will villify cryptos as being the tools of drug dealers and terrorists and money launderers.  And they will be right because who would know better than the world's biggest criminals and money launderers? 

Gold and silver have been money forever.  Nothing is going to change that.  Don't believe made up stories to the contrary.  You do need to save for retirement but you don't need to invest.  You simply need to save in real money instead of fake money.

Foolish liberals accepted the "free" vacation from government and are now whining about it

The notion that we should stop the economy because of a bad flu season is so ridiculous that only a moron would fall for it.  Unfortunately, half the population has an IQ of less than 100 and so they fell for it, hook line and sinker.  When governments decided to lock people out of their workplaces, people should have just laughed and gone to work.  If everyone had done it the government would be left standing there looking like the corrupt shit show that it is.  But many lower class workers actually liked the time off and extended unemployment benefits and free money sent to them as "stimulus" payments.  So they happily bought into the narrative that you can have all your leisure time and government will send you a MMT check each week.

They didn't pay one second of attention to the consequences for this reckless behavior.  They let the con men trick them into thinking that a few hundred thousand deaths in the US is some big deal and they fell for this crap that every life matters.  History shows that no lives really matter because nobody ever lives forever.  We are here and then we are gone.  From the second of our birth the clock starts ticking down.  Does that sound like human life matters to anyone? The only control we have over our time here is our quality of life.  At-risk people for covid, those 65 and up with preexisting conditions, should have taken precautions.  But screwing over the economy will end up costing far more lives.

Zero hedge reports that fools in Hawaii are now saying that the island has committed suicide: "Hardly any is sick but we're all broke".  These fools could somehow not see this coming.  They thought government was doing what is best for the people but the government is just creating chaos so that it can bail out its Global Debt Ponzi.  What you are watching here is loss of confidence in government which means loss of confidence in the issuing authority of the fake paper currency.  

Maybe you listened to me before when I was warning about all the shit that was coming our way.  Maybe you just thought it was entertaining.  But few can argue how much of what is happening now was completely predicted by me, and the reason is because my model of the world, AKA worldview is correct.  In any model when the model correctly predicts things it creates track record.  And when positive track record occurs over time, the veracity of the model is proven.  And it is because of this that I can easily predict that we ain't seen bad yet, but it's coming.  Did you think I was kidding about supply chain interruptions?  That is coming.  Empty store shelves and sky high prices.  That is coming too.  And war.  That is also coming.  Could be civil war bad enough to break the USA apart into the conservative confederate republic and the liberal states of scamerica.  Could be world war.  Could be both.  But the system which drove the carrying capacity way up is now in collapse and so if you have even the faintest self preservation instinct you will do what it takes to secure your food supply and acquire the means to protect yourself from those who have not.  Counting on the police is dumb.  Not only are they a bunch of self serving pussies, they simply don't care about you.  At all.

Don't bring pepper spray to a gun fight.

First off, let me say that protesting is stupid.  The government doesn't care what you think and you open yourself up to injury, legal problems or death.  Sitting there yelling at the "other side" thinking that you will somehow convince them that your perspective is the right perspective is dumb.  It's just an emotional outlet and that is a liberal function.  True conservatives are more pragmatic.  If you are going to get up out of your house and do something, there should be a reason for it and there should be a goal.  Effort should not be wasted.  In my personal case, I plan to just mind my own business unless and until someone crosses one of my red lines.  And once that is done we will be past the point of discussion, debate or yelling.  My AR will have to be my spokesman in that case.  This is what 6 years in the military taught me.  War is hell, avoid it at all costs but when it can't be avoided, go in with as much force as possible as fast as possible and hit the enemy as hard as possible.  This is why I set my red lines as difficult to cross as possible.  It will have to be some kind of outright tyranny like door to door searches for gold and guns.  It will have to be a complete assault on the constitution.

But as we can see, many people just want to go out in the street and yell at each other, push each other, tussle in the street.  I consider this rewardless risk.  But if you are so inclined then you better not get into a tussle without having a firearm and being very proficient in its use.  Check out this video where a liberal security guard was tussling with his opponent.  As they broke apart one of the guys pulled out bear spray/pepper spray and tried to hit the security guard.  Once he did that, the security guard felt within his rights to respond with deadly force.  I want you to notice just how fast he drew his weapon from its concealed holster, pointed it at his attacker's head, and put a bullet in his brain.  That guy is proficient in firearm use.  You don't draw and fire like that without a LOT of practice but you can see just how effective it was in stopping the threat.

The question of course remains as to whether being sprayed by pepper spray by a guy who is retreating from you is reasonable grounds for a head shot.  Even though the shooter presents as a liberal I think it will go badly for him with the law.  If the guy was approaching with a deadly weapon then yes, kill him on the spot and piss on his corpse.  But the guy he shot was actually backing away, and pepper spray is not a deadly weapon.  If the law allows this, then what next.  If someone spits at you from 7-8 feet away, do you get to end them?  After all spit can contain covid and covid is a scary disease, maybe even deadly in the minds of the skittish.  And what if someone just splashes you with their big gulp from 7-8 feet away?  It could contain acid, right?  Better shoot them in the head and figure it out later on.

So while, yes Mr. Dead Bear Spray did attack the shooter, no, being misted with that nasty stuff isn't life threatening.  So I would have to call this shooting an act of revenge that was faaaaaar greater than a simple eye for an eye exchange.  Those who carry firearms must demonstrate self control even under demanding but non life-threatening circumstances.

But there is a lesson here for everyone: just because a person doesn't have a gun in his hand doesn't mean he doesn't have a gun.   Don't physically attack people out of anger or you too might get a bullet in the brain pan.
