There are lots of articles and lots of actual fed speak that refer to all these "tools" that the federal reserve supposedly has in its toolbox that will help it solve every problem from unemployment to pandemic response. I've put together my own info-graphic below which tells the truth of the matter: the fed has many levers but only one actual tool. I love how this also shows the fractal nature of the system which is self similarity at different degrees of scale. That's why the word "rehypothecating" is such a good fit here.
Bottom line: for the fed, all roads lead to the printing press. It's that magickal "technology" that Ben Bernanke boasted as part of the Bernanke Doctrine which "allows it to produce as many dollars as it wishes at essentially no cost".
Of course Bernanke is the mouthpiece of the Satanic elite and so nothing he says is true, really. And a favorite mechanism of telling untruths is to tell a partial truth which avoids the whole truth thus forming in its totality a lie.
In this case Bernanke said
"The US government has a technology, called a printing press, that allows it to produce as many dollars as it wishes at essentially no cost."
That was clearly a lie of omission. The full truth is:
"The US government has a technology, called a printing press, that allows it to produce as many dollars as it wishes at essentially no cost to the government. However, since there is no such thing as a free lunch the cost of this is nonetheless shouldered by the governed."
