Joke biden is always talking about rule of law. If you believe that then there is no saving you. The elite say exactly the opposite of what they mean because that is the modus operandi of their master. But if you are going to talk about rule of law then you should maintain that message always. Since trump was found not guilty of inciting insurrection by a formal trial process and a jury of his peers, he should be treated as innocent in the matter. Either that or we are concluding that the jury is either stupid or corrupt. Both of these could of course be the case. Anything is possible. But that's not how our judicial system works.
In our judicial system you are supposed to have the presumption of innocence and then it is the states job to PROVE to whatever degree required by the law that you are in fact guilty. Many will say that not guilty does not mean innocent. In fact it's a very popular way to mislead people into using doubt to sway their minds. But in fact, if you are presumed innocent and cannot be found guilty then you must be innocent under the law. Sure some people get off unfairly but nothing is perfect. But if you are going to go around chanting rule of law then you should play by the rules at all times. And that means if the state fails to convict then you are innocent and should not be persecuted after the fact just because some powerful political force doesn't like you.
And so we find once again that joke biden does not in fact value the law or the outcome of legal matters because he says that Trump is guilty even if acquitted.
"While the final vote did not lead to a conviction, the substance of the charge is not in dispute," Biden said. "Even those opposed to the conviction, like Senate Minority Leader McConnell, believe Donald Trump was guilty of a 'disgraceful dereliction of duty' and 'practically and morally responsible for provoking' the violence unleashed on the Capitol."
I'm sorry joke biden, you don't get to cherry pick from the body of evidence after the trial has concluded and then make your own determination like this. I could just as easily quote someone from the other side, Rand Paul, who clearly indicated this whole thing was a politically driven sham trial. The whole trial process is designed to weigh evidence from one side against that of the other to see which side had more merit. Rand Paul was right, not because I think it was a sham trial or because he thinks it was a sham trial but because THE VERDICT indicated it was a sham trial.
This is the process that we call law. Joke biden doesn't want to go by any process. He wants to shove his view of the world down our throats and then tell us to heal. I am no big fan of Trump and I never have been but anyone who calls you and your leftists out as corrupt pieces of trash has some redeeming value in my view.
