Dems claim victory with New Virginia Governor

Democrats are celebrating the victory of Ralph Northam as the new governor of VA.  Why?  Because the badge on his podium says that he is on "their side".  This is being pushed by the liberal media as a win for liberals but in fact its just what I expected would happen.

The move toward conservatism is not overnight.  The entire democratic party is not going to all quit and register as republicans.  But in order to win votes they damned sure need to edge away from the crazy extreme left and move toward the center as a first step.  The smart ones will do this as a tactical retreat thinking that when then wind blows the other way they can go left again.  So they are making compromises in their supposed convictions.  Of course, their only real conviction is staying in power.  Thus I maintain that they are all basically whores, GOP and dem alike.  Some are just more flagrant than others.

In any case, it should not surprise my long time readers to learn that the NY Times article which discusses Northam's win states, "Mr. Northam, 58, is a moderate member of his party... The governor’s race was shaken by a pair of seismic events: a march on Charlottesville by torch-carrying white supremacists in August, and Mr. Gillespie’s surprise embrace in the final weeks of Trumpian anti-immigration themes.  Mr. Northam stumbled a bit in his response to both. After saying he would work to remove monuments to the Confederacy, he backtracked and said the decision should be left to local officials. And, under a barrage of TV attack ads accusing him of supporting “sanctuary cities,” he indicated that he would sign a bill banning them, which earned him scorn from some left-wing groups."

As you can see, this guy is not a dyed in the wool liberal who spews the Obama-Clinton red socialist line.  Instead, he's walking a centrist tight rope between rabid assholes on the left and rabid assholes on the right.  He's still a liberal no doubt.  You can tell that simply because of the words, "he backtracked".  Conservatives say what they mean, mean what they say and do not change their minds based on peer/herding pressure.  Liberals say whatever they have to say in order to achieve their goals.  So he's still a liberal but he's CLEARLY listening to the right wingers as well.  It will soon be at the point where you can no longer win any election with extreme left leaning views.

I do want to take a minute and state for the record that I think white supremacists are about the stupidest fucking morons on the planet.  The stupidest thing you can do is hate another person for no good reason.  With that said, I don't hate them and I do think they should be allowed their spew.  I just think they are stupid idiots.  BIG difference.  In order for me to build hate on someone they have to threaten my way of life or that of my family.  A bunch of drunk rednecks running around in sheets is more of a Halloween party than any real threat to anyone.  Rabid liberals are more likely to do people harm than redneck W.S. these days.

Folks who are actually better than everyone else for the herd don't need to go around parading the fact.  They instead simply do things that make things better for everyone.  Does that mean that I think everyone is made equal??  Not hardly.  Equal in the eyes of G-D?  Yes, certainly, and we will all get to experience that at the end of our lives (even atheists and agnostics).

But equal in contribution toward making life in the human herd better for everyone and not at the expense of anyone else?  NO.  Some people have no skills, no drive, nothing of value to offer.  They live meaningless lives of consumption without production.  Do I think they should be killed as "useless eaters"?  No, that is not my right.  But should anyone listen to them even though they have no track record of doing anything meaningful or useful?  No, I do not think that just being alive means that a person's uneducated gut opinion has any value.  Should they be allowed to speak?  Well yes of course.  But I think Billy Joel nailed it when he sang, "you can speak your mind but not on my time".

Elon Musk, for example, is trying to make everyone's life better.  He plowed his PayPal fortune into a bunch of companies which actually do something beneficial even if they are not cash cow business.  Again if you want to make money without taking huge risk you stay away from space and you don't enter the US car market and compete against the incumbents.  Musk may fail in everything that he's doing but he's a real person, a real soul, a real leader who truly wants to make a difference even if he never makes a profit doing it.  He risked his own money for this and I admire him for his clearly stated and clearly acted on convictions.  He is not a do as I say and not as I do person.

But getting back to the main theme of this post, I expect to see other similar democrats win here and there but in each case you will find someone who is center leaning going forward.

Look at these bankster cockroaches scurrying away!!!

When in the past 50 years have you ever seen 3 powerful bankers just decide to up and walk away from their positions of power, prestige and wealth?  Well its happening right now.  Oh, maybe its just a coincidence!  Yeah right.  More like rats leaving a sinking ship.  I won't be surprised if some of these con men move to non-extradition countries.  If I were them I certainly would.  And I would convert most of my wealth to physical assets like gold and silver so that a new government cannot freeze their electronic assets with the mere stroke of the pen.

When Mark and Patsy finally realize how screwed they have gotten by the fraudulent con game known as fractional reserve banking they are going to be spitting mad.  They are going to tell their new leaders to "do something" and those new leaders will do something - whatever they can - in order to appease their new constituents.

Run, Janet Yellen.
Run, William Dudley.
Run, Stanley Fiacher.
Run all you corrupt banksters because history shows that when you screw the gullible little sheep too hard that at some point they snap.  They lose respect for any authority of any kind.  They fight openly and physically on airplanes (something that people used to be very afraid to do because of the consequence).  But now its almost commonplace.  They shoot up mass gatherings like in Florida and Vegas and now even a Texas church (where nobody was armed to be able to protect themselves and the shooter knew it).  Heck, Rand Paul's neighbor just kicked the crap out of him for no apparent reason (at least that's what the headlines are saying).  Rand ended up with several broken ribs and his team is acting like it was no big deal.  People have died many times from broken ribs poking into their organs and we are supposed to believe that this level of assault is no big deal??  Rand Paul is de-escalating this for some reason.  But the important thing to note is that his neighbor beat the crap out of a sitting senator and they are talking about a hand slap punishment.  A few years ago he would have been given 10-15 years with no chance of parole.

People are losing their fear and that can be a damned scary thing if they've been "Celented".  In other words, if they have lost hope and they thus think they have nothing left to lose, they "lose it".  This is what Gerald Celente said would eventually happen and now its happening.

I'm waiting for the big dirt to turn up on some of our biggest political names.  A lot more faith is going to be lost in our utterly corrupt government before this is over.  The signs are all there for everyone to see.

Bad Apple gets outed [AAPL]

Everyone must pay their fair share of taxes we are told.  Some of it is true.  We do need some form of military even if it could be 20% of current size and expense and still keep us as safe as we can be kept. There are a couple other things we need a small government for as well.  But in order to pay for any government at all, someone has to give the government money.

But now we are seeing that Wall St. and America's darling corporation - Apple computer thinks that is should be everyone but them.  They have recently been outed by the so called paradise papers:

"The leaked papers show that in March 2014 Apple's legal advisers sent a questionnaire to Appleby, an offshore finance law firm, asking questions such as was it possible to "obtain an official assurance of tax exemption" and could it be confirmed that an Irish company might "conduct management activities… without being subject to taxation in your jurisdiction".

Well there you have it, liberal gay CEO Tim Cook wants his customers to pay all the taxes that government demands but he doesn't want to pay his fair share at the corporate level.  Do as I say and not as I do.  Very liberal.

I think that this revelation is going to turn a lot of people off of Apple.  Their products have been better for many years thus allowing Apple to keep sky high prices.  Its past product success has been keeping the intimidation factor alive - in other words Apple has been resting on the laurels that Steve Jobs created.  Tim Cook is a loser and Apple products have languished under his oversight.  Peak Apple is very near folks and the stock price will begin to show it soon because nobody will want to side with a sneaky tax evader even if they found a way to do it legally.

Truely massive and historic anticorruption bust takes place in Saudi Arabia.

The elite world is being rocked right now as its stars are falling out of the sky.  It's like watching a Perseid meteor shown.  PLEASE step back away from the individual news items and think:
  • What is happening, really, at one layer of abstraction above the headlines?
  • How can so many huge names across so many industries and sectors - all of them seemingly unassailable made men - be flopping around on the public stages as fish out of water?
  • Why now?  Why so many broadly based collapses of corruption at once?

Long time readers of my blog will recognize these signs from me writing about them over the past 7 years but for new readers the criminal elite know that the public has been pushed very hard on this elitist corruption cycle.  They know in order for any of the current elite to survive an increasingly likely popular uprising that they have to begin policing themselves again.  Like any organized criminal element running a criminal conspiracy, when there are not enough fools to believe in and support the oligarchy, they eat their own.  They infight for the diminishing power that is given to them, yes GIVEN to them by the herd.

What power does an elite have if nobody recognizes it?  What fake loyalty does their money buy when people no longer value the Mammon money over their personal integrity?

At the same time, the people are indeed rising up.  Look at all the cowardly sheeple in Hollywood who were sexually abused by powerful but corrupt "stars" who now, only after seeing cover in numbers by the braver members of the abused having already come forth, are now flowing out of the closet in a river of skeletons to come back and take down their abusers.  It is absolutely amazing to me to see this unfolding even though I know exactly why it is happening.  I have proved that I know because I predicted the kinds of things we would see and now we are seeing them around the world.

Hollywood's troubles are happening first simply because it is marginal to Washington DC.  The marginal elements of the herd are affected the first and the worst.  Now the Saudi world is rocked by the arrest of government officials (AKA "ministers") and even a good number of members of the royal family including well known international investor Prince Alwaleed bin Talal.  The charge?  CRIMINAL CORRUPTION.

What we see are new leaders bypassing the existing impotent old men who are letting their cartel slip over the abyss and who are risking total chaos by doing so.  The article states, "The overhaul was kick-started by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, who has bypassed senior royals to become the kingdom’s predominant leader, after a plunge in crude prices strained Saudi Arabia’s finances and forced the energy-rich nation to confront the realities of life after oil."

Well there you have it.  Their income stream has collapsed and thus they are at increasing risk of having to cut off the average Saudi citizen from the welfare payments that have been dosing their world with easy money for decades.  These corruption reforms only happen at times like this and their purpose is to signal to the herd that things are changing for the better, that the corrupt are meeting justice, etc.  That's the story they are selling.  But their real goal is to keep the people from rising up, grabbing these useless royal asses by their tunics into the street and shooting them in the face.

Normally these tactics tend to work but it is far from assured this time.  Why?  Because there is a wave count - a valid count that suggests that the soon to be obvious market top is not just a buy the dip opportunity but rather stockmageddon.

As these events play out keep in mind how I predicted the really big fish will be taken down which is that their lower level minions will roll over on them in order to save themselves from jail.  Someone who wasn't supposed to know something (and therefore escaped being killed by the Clinton hit squad) will give someone with the balls the dirt they need to bring down America's largest political dynasties right along with corporate heads and high ranking members of the military.  If you see an increase in people in places of high political, financial or military value suddenly (i.e. before their normally appointed time) deciding to spend more time with the wife and kids then recognize it for what it is: rats fleeing a sinking ship.  Such is the case with William C Dudley who currently chairs the most powerful bank (the NY fed) that make up the federal reserve criminal enterprise.  Being a slick dick moneyman, he knows when to get out and he also knows enough to blame Trump on the way out for the problems that must certainly come soon as the fake money system teeters on the brink not just here in the US but globally.

I want to go on record about the eventual fate of the stock markets.

Right now the DJIA, SPX, NDX are all at or near record highs and so I think it is a great time for me to lay out my detailed vision for the long term fate of global stock markets.

First, the basic premises:
  1. Stock markets are a relatively new thing in history.  To think they must now somehow be an indelible part of the future going forward is to not think very hard.  It's like a 20 year old man who is young and strong.  Does he think about his eventual death?  Almost never, especially if not participating in dangerous behaviors.  Thinking something does not make it true.  Like the cycle of human life, there was a time before and there will be a time after.
  2. Stocks have no intrinsic value.  None, zero.  They trade for what the next greater fool will give you for them.  Even those which pay a divvy today could cut it off on zero notice tomorrow.  Having the shares entitles you to nothing.  Your "claim" on the company has no weight unless you own a huge percentage of the shares and even then the best you can hope to do is to change the direction of the company.
    • Think about it.  Let's say someone owns 51% of a company but the shares crashed into the dirt for whatever reason.  Maybe it was something as stupid as the CEO's past liberal sexual behavior being spread all over the news and as a result shareholders no longer want to hold the shares.  Let's say the shares trade at 50 cents when book value is $50.  Does a shareholder with even 51% share get to go into the offices and take out half the desks, lab equipment, sell half the buildings and other real estate, etc.??  NOOOOOO!  They do not have the right to do it.  Even a 100% shareholder of a public company cannot do that!  He would have to go through the process of taking it private first.  If a 51% shareholder has so little real rights in a company, what rights do you and your piddling 100/500/1000 shares have?  Essentially none.  That is the ugly truth about stocks that Wall St will not tell you but if you can argue how I am wrong, feel free to do so in the comment section as long as you don't mind it when I respond.  I'm not guessing that I'm right here folks, I know I'm right.
  3. Stocks are not a store of value.  If they were then they could never go BK.  Has gold ever gone BK to the point where it was perceived to be of no value?  No of course not.  Not yesterday today or tomorrow.  Not in the entire history of mankind.  But stocks? They BK on a regular basis.  So stocks are not money, they are just another fiat currency like fake paper dollars.  And fiat currency is not money either.  It also goes BK on a regular basis.  No fiat currency - not one in the history of our planet - has lasted forever.  Even the USA hyperinflated the Continential Dollar into nothingness.  A fair historical review would, from a purely economic standpoint, conclude that Lincoln used the "connie" as a taxation scam to pay for the civil war. Taxation without representation.
  4. Fundamentals do not directly control the share price, the mood of the herd does.  Look at all the companies in the dry bulk sector that are trading at 10 cents of book value.  Is global shipping a worthless service??  Look at the 2016 low of junior miners that were in the same boat.  Look at Amazon shares and Tesla shares today trading at many multiples of what are supposed to be reasonable "fundamentals".  Stock prices are essentially a popularity contest.  Popularity is cyclic.  Nobody is popular forever.
  5. Real money does not self multiply without the addition of work.  Thus, when you are told that your money is working for you it is 100% certain that you are involved in a Ponzi scheme.  Very few participants of a Ponzi can see this truth because they are caught up in it, flowing with the herd.  But after the fact they all come to understand what really happened and they become very angry about it.  A Ponzi is a form of confidence game, a con job.  Participants have confidence in the system even though the math is clear: If N people each put X value units (dollars) into a system, the most real value that can be extracted from that system is X*N value units.  Those who get out first can exit the con game with more value than they put in but it always comes at the expense of someone else.  The last ones out are the Marks and Patises who lose everything.
The ugly truth today is that Americans and many others in the world think that gold is risky and that the dollar is sound.  They also believe that the stock market is a safe and sound storage for their life savings. I assure you, they are brainwashed and when it comes to pass in the future that markets collapse we will find that markets are a faith based currency - a con game if you will.  Con games require confidence.  No con ever runs forever.  When confidence is lost so will the entire savings of most people that have any retirement savings (itself not being a very big number).  The reason for "stair steps up and elevator down" is that this is the model for how confidence works in humans.  If you don't know someone then at first you will not trust them.  But over time if they seem to be doing the right thing then they earn your trust.  That takes time.

However, when it comes to light that they are doing/did things to ruin your trust then the fall is rapid.  Confidence and trust are hard won and easily lost.   Look at Bill Cosby, Harvey Weinstein and now Kevin Spacey.  Even Hollywood legend Dustin Hoffman is teetering precariously on the curb in front of an oncoming bus.  The reason in all cases is that the illusion of confidence is shattered and it hurts people's sense of self worth for having liked the person, believed that they were a very good person, etc.  The ugly truth demonstrates to the herding fools that they really have no idea what they are talking about and that hurts the ego.  So they lash out hard.

You know, just like I said was going to happen well in advance of any of this shit going down.

When people finally wake up to these truths that I have been posting about the markets and in fact the very currencies (fake money) that everything is priced in, so many people will get so badly screwed and be so emotionally impacted by the breech of their trust that at least 1 subsequent generation will pass in which nobody considers stocks as anything more than gambling and certainly not a safe store of their life savings.  It has to happen before most boomers stop working and try to cash in on their supposed savings.

If these words sound a bit familiar then perhaps its because I said very similar things were going to happen to the democratic party when Hillary lost.  I wrote,"...according to my socionomic models, she will not win.  In fact, it should not even be close.  I think the 2016 elections will change the long standing view that money can buy any election and I think it will be a shock to the global political elite who are used to using Mammon Money to buy everything, including fake/temporary loyalty.  I think the herd is awakening in a way where it will vote principles over false promises.... If I am right, Hillary will not win despite record spend and those doing the spending will be weakened financially and politically.  It will hurt them so badly that they will think twice before trying it again because I suspect they will go "all in" on Queen Hillary."

The same mechanisms that have underpinned and signaled the end of the Clinton crime dynasty will be at play when the markets collapse.  Namely, loss of confidence in a mass shit show con game.

At some point the fake money will be viewed for what it is as well.  The Marks and Patsies of the world will wake up very rapidly once the awakening begins - the process of losing confidence in the corrupt system will be exponential in nature just like the sex scandals being outed in Hollywood right now.

Hillary bought the DNC and rigged the democratic nomination.

Well here it comes folks, the final karate chop to Hillary's corrupt decades of political prostitution as Elizabeth Warren (and others) accuse Hillary of taking over the DNCto "rig" the nomination for Hillary.  Oh how here little brain washed worshipers must be crying in their cheerios to see the likes of Warren taking this kind of shot at queen wannbe Hillary.  How gullible and stupid they must feel now for having listened to one lying word uttered from her corrupt pie hole.

Of course those are the headlines but what is more important is what is actually happening: the organized criminal cartel known as big government is in full collapse and the mechanism for its collapse is just what I predicted it would be in posts like this one: infighting.  How did I know this was going to happen?  Simple: that's the way all criminal cartels finally collapse.  And make no mistake, big government is a criminal cartel.  That fact will be revealed in detail in the coming years.  The truth will come out and it will be used as a way to buy back all the trust and confidence that is going out the window right now.

Bill Cosby will likely be going to jail.

Back in July before the Hollywood meltdown entered a 3rd wave, Bill Cosby's rape trial resulted in a mistrial.  A mistrial is not a win for the defense.  It completely leaves the prosecutor open to a retrial, and this time with the benefit of having learned from the first trial what did and did not resonate with the Jury the last time.

While Cosby walked out of the courtroom smiling I suspect that his Fat Albert grin will be wiped off his face because his retrial comes in the current month of November when the news is unmasking a new sex perp every day who has a string of witnesses coming forth to share their stories.  What jury members have not heard this?  How can it not affect them to see so many big H-Wood names going down in flames so spectacularly?  Cosby cannot get a fair trial anymore and certainly not now that a 3rd wave is unfolding.  His lawyer should be screaming bloody murder to the press about it and trying to wait until this 3rd wave is over to have the retrial.  I'm not saying I think he's innocent.  He should have been convicted back in July.  But his chances of escaping this now are near zero IMO.
