An appeals court has upheld lower court rulings that Obama's illegitimate "healthcare" law which forces a subject entity to promote and support the use of condoms is a violation of religious freedom. The article indicates that it will thus likely be kicked up to the supreme court to decide upon.
As liberal leaning as the majority of those people are, they are not immune to the conservative wave. They will worry about what happens to them personally if they go against the will of a newly conservative leaning herd. Because of this, I predict that the supreme court will side with the appeals court and call it a violation of religious freedom. If they fail to do this, expect riots to break out. The conservatives are willing to go through due process in order to quash this government overstep but if government resists, the people are not just going to accept it.
