How many actually think there will be a trade deal with China?

Watching Trump is like watching the old Jackie Chan flick, Drunken Master.  Almost literally.  His 30 second venture into N. Korea was just another bob and weave game designed to keep everyone off guard and wondering what zany thing he will come up with next.  But I think China has seen this movie before.  In fact, I think they made it before.  So I wonder just how many people actually believe that a trade deal with China is near.

I suspect something will happen that makes a trade deal impossible.  Maybe it's already happening.  The people of Hong Kong are rioting daily and heavily over Chinese puppeting of their government and over the ever increasing attempts to control a people who damned well do not want to be controlled.  All Trump would have to do to sour China for good would be to acknowledge the HK people and perhaps even offer them protection from Chinese invasion.

Hongkongese are not Chinese thinking. They are the business arm of China, the money arm of China and until very recently the shipping arm of China.  Hong Kong people think of themselves as free.  Chinese people know they are not free.  I was once in Shanghai giving a class to the FAE team of a prior company I once worked for. The internet was ridiculous with the great firewall of China and all.  One of the guys in the class was older so when we were alone I ventured to ask him why the people put up with that kind of censorship bullshit.  He looked at me with tired if not sad eyes but did not respond.  I of course changed the subject quickly.  But it left a lasting impression on me how he didn't even feel comfortable talking about it in private with a foreigner.

China has to save face on multiple fronts.  The communist dictatorship has to show the people that emperor/God-King Xi is second to none now that he has revised the freaking constitution so that he can rule for life (absolutely treasonous to the Chinese people).  China cannot accept bad behavior from Hong Kong people.  It has to do something.  Also, listen to Jamie JP Morgan Dimon chiming in that Trump should walk away if he doesn't get a good deal with China.  Check out the look on Xi's face.  It's like "if I have to do this dog and pony make nice show again I'm going to choke on my own vomit".

I don't know about you, but the thing I think is most telling is that China took their freaking pandas back home from the San Diego zoo.  That token loan of friendship was not rescinded easily nor will it be restored any time soon.  Chinese leadership watch Drunken Master flicks, they don't star in them.  They aren't wishy washy on again off again like Trump.

If you break the camel's back, you can't un-break it.

We've all heard about that one last straw that broke the camel's back.  The moral is that once the back is broken the beast can no longer work for you; you have pressed your advantage too far and now you have lost your slave.

And so it is in Hong Kong right now.  The Chinese puppet HK government was going to rubber stamp an extradition law that would allow HK government to detain and hand over dissidents to mainland China where of course they would be tortured, killed and forgotten as so many over there already have been.

It's one thing to have riots but Hongkongese actually busted into their parliament building and spray painted everything.  Those people are clearly pissed and they just ain't having any more of the tyranny that's being served to them.  It's all the HK police can do to push them back.

And so here is a little bit of wisdom for those who still don't get it: those HK people are doing this with their bare hands.  The cops have tasers, guns, water cannons and everything else but the people are just blowing through their ranks.  It's nothing more than a bum rush and it's still working.  But imagine if those people had guns.  They would not be asking for anything.  They would not be begging for fair treatment. They would be rounding up their slave masters and putting and end to their suffering and fear under authoritarian rule.  They would disarm the cops and take their badges and throw them in the bay as a show of who is actually in charge.

This is a warning to any American politician who thinks they can impose this or that tyranny on American patriots.  We won't do hand to hand with you.  We will be the sniper from 300 or 400 yards away that will stop you in your tracks.  So just get your minds right about the whole thing.  The global debt Ponzi will collapse at some point and then you will be tempted to take "extraordinary measures" in terms of restricting our freedom.  You will be tempted to say that you are doing it for our own good.

I want to be real clear about this: that would be a big mistake.  Don't be stupid like the HK government.  Don't lay that final straw on the backs of the beasts of burden.  Don't cross that line because if you do you will not be allowed to walk back across with an apology.  You will be carried back across on a stretcher.

If you start it, we will finish it.  That's as fair a warning as you are going to get and for most politicians, it's more than they deserve.  You are not the fucking boss of us.  You might think you are until shots are fired and then you will find out you are nothing in comparison to the will of the American people.  Don't start it and we won't start it.  Let the debt Ponzi collapse and then replace the fake money system with honest money.  But don't use the collapse as an excuse for tyranny because I guarantee you it will not end well for you.

- no you can't have my guns.
- no you can't restrict my freedom of movement.
- no you can't take my property or impose onerous taxes in order to save your banking buddies.
- no your silly laws that are made up during a crisis for your own benefit at the expense of the people aren't worth the paper they are written on.
