Mish provides an interesting chart from Hussman

I found Mish's presentation of John Hussman's insights about stock market price to revenue ratios interesting from an Elliott wave perspective.  The article that I refer to is here.  In it, Mish points out John Hussman's ongoing bearishness even as markets continue to climb.  Hussman famously predicted the potential for an 83% plunge in tech stocks BEFORE the dot bomb collapse.  The Nasdaq 100 went on to lose 83% from its peak before finally bottoming.

Hussman's main point is that back in 2000 the bubble, as indicated by his price to revenue models (i.e. historical valuations of "normalcy"), was mainly in tech stocks.  Prior to the 2007 market peak his analysis was saying that all stocks were generally overvalued enough to incur risk of 55% losses from the peak and we know what happened into the early months of 2009.

Now he's saying that the S+P 500 can expect a collapse of 63% from current value based on current price to revenue models.

As usual, however, the trick is knowing when to exit the Ponzi.  Exit too soon and you leave money on the table.  Exit too late and you get Madoffed.  It's really as simple as that.  I have proven over and over again that a good deal of insight can be gleaned from simply applying the Elliott wave principle to any chart.  The chart below has a structure and a wave count that should be of great interest to anyone with money in these markets.  Sign up for my Elliott wave chart analysis service and find out what I'm showing my subscribers relative to this chart and many others that agree on the future direction of US markets.

California counties and the amazing over-unity voter to citizen ratio.

Eleven California counties have been outed by the Election Integrity Project California (EIPC) as having more registered voters than residents of voting age.  Judicial watch has now filed a letter based on the EIPC data to lodge an NVRA (National Voter Registration Act) complaint with CA Secretary of State Alex Padilla.  The letter presents an overview of the data (but not the details) and demands that Padilla, as the oversight authority over voting activities in CA, and the 11 accused counties take specific action to address these grievances under threat of lawsuit which will be backed by NVRA statutes.

In short, a few conservative Californians have had enough of the blatant liberal voter fraud which Hillary (and pretty much everyone except me) thought was going to win her the presidential election.  So these 22 private citizens banded together to form a small coalition that would pay legal fees to put a stop to the blatant fraud.  You see, the laws exist to make the right thing happen.  The problem is that normal people do not self organize to the degree, small as it may be, required to demand their enforcement.  Instead, people vent their frustration in blogs, comments to articles, and the like (me included!).

Liberals are good at organizing for a goal - just like the big cat predators in the world.  They use the same tactics of shock and awe, many on one attacks, etc. in order to divide the herd and take down their game.  Conservatives are too busy producing things in order to spend that much of their lives "community organizing".  But when the threat becomes too great the conservatives finally awaken and when they do the liberal scatter like field mice.

Alex Padilla is going to have to respond and react to the EIPC charges else Judicial Watch will indeed drag them into open court where it might get ugly.  If this has to get resolved in court then someone might start asking for more than just to repair the situation.  Someone might begin to ask how it got like this and who is behind it all.  Something like this shows a clear act of conspiracy to commit fraud.  If one of the underlings is sweated out under a spotlight and promised immunity then you never know where it will lead.

Remember, Al Capone went to jail for tax evasion, not murder, larceny, extortion, running numbers and booze or any of the other crimes he was well known for having committed.

What is this war on cash really all about?

You've probably heard lots of people talking about the so called war on cash, the crackdown on cash and many other similar names.  And you've probably read how governments are supposed doing this using the excuse of catching the black marketeers and tax evaders off guard.  If there is one thing I know it's that governments are all pathological liars.  All of them.  They simply cannot tell the truth even when the truth would have been accepted.  Telling the truth is like asking for permission whereas lying your way through life gives the liar the feeling of power and control over those who believe the lies.

Governments really do have a war against the people going on but it's not a war on cash.  It's a war on savings.  The government does not want people to work and save.  It want's people to work and SPEND.  In fact it wants people to spend more than they earn.  You know why??  That's because people without  money are helpless.  When government orders them around they do what they are told.  But people with savings are not helpless.  If attacked they have a war chest to fight back with.  The government requires the illusion of law in order to get away with so many crimes.  Did Bush 2 just decide that he was going to invade Iraq??  NO!  First he had to find a way to make it legal and acceptable to the people because the people had to be convinced to do all the work while Bush and his co-conspirators sat back and collected all the rewards.

Because of this need for an illusion of laws people with money can use that system in order to protect themselves from tyranny.  If the people go though all of the proper legal procedures and are then denied victory even after winning under the rules laid out for us all to follow then credible word spreads quickly that the laws are fake.  That's when even the most gullible among us realize that we have been enslaved.

So the government does not want people with savings.  They want people who are leveraged through the nose.  When people save money, government calls it the "paradox of thrift".  What is the real paradox here?  Simply that it is not illegal for the people to save money yet when the people save money it detracts from government power.  When people spend and pay taxes using money they don't even have (i.e. debt) it makes government and corporations more powerful.

I've shown the velocity of money charts for M2 many times in this blog and the velocity is heading down, down, down.  That means money is being saved/hoarded.  This is what the war on cash is really against, not tax evasion in the black market.

Woah - Benjamin "Bibi" Netanyahu under investigation for major crimes.

Well if anyone was under any misconception about "the Jews controlling everything", your wake up call just arrived with the recent headline that Benjamin Netanyahu is being investigated for multiple serious crimes.  Among the various crimes I have seen listed across several articles on this matter are bribery, fraud, breach of trust, conspiracy to control the media, conflict of interest and a partridge in a pear tree.

When leveled at the head of a country these charges amount to high crimes or even treason.  The external control of a sovereign government via financially owning its leader should in all fairness carry the death penalty for treason, at the very least for the corrupt leader.  How else do you keep it from happening?  The temptation is just so great.

Who would ever have predicted that such a major world leader would be under this kind of pressure at this point?  Yeah, that's right.  I did.  Many times.  This is a HUGE validation of my world view and it is a huge sign that the global debt Ponzi has peaked.  It was debt that funded all these criminal government organizations but now that the conservative wave has overtaken the herd this is all ending.  The herd used to turn a blind eye to liberals gone wild but folks those days are over.

And just exactly how was this all brought about?  YES just as I predicted, Bibi's subordinate rolled over on him in exchange for immunity from prosecution: "For his assistance, the former aide, Ari Harow, "would receive immunity from prosecution for alleged crimes involving his own government relations firm," Haaretz reports.".  I friggin' nailed it, this is exactly what I said was likely going to happen.  The reason I nailed it was because the model through which I view big government - that of it being a liberal criminal enterprise, is the correct model to use. Period.

I don't know if Bibi is going under the bus over this but I will say that in the US everyone bandies criminal charges around like it was nothing.  But this is NOT true in Israel.  Getting charged with this kind of thing means that the Israeli police have the goods on Netanya-hoo (sic).  They got him by the short-and-sweaties folks or they would never have announced it in public.  The shameless US media and legal system have no problem floating a bogus charge just to do a smear job but I'm telling you that this is not the way it works in IL.

Netanyahu is in trouble and he knows it.  Look at how he is spinning it, as "a campaign to change the government".  Oh, that's right Bibi, this has nothing to do with you being a fucking crook and traitor.  This is about other people trying to change the government.  I guess you think you are the government.  That is a totally liberal view which is right in line with anyone connected to criminal elements in big government.

This is not going to end with Israel.  This pattern is going to play out over and over again across the world until finally it lands on the door step of the assholes in the most corrupt government (as measured by lives taken unjustly and amount of money stolen under force of government boot heel) in the world which is the US federal government.
