Rand Paul directly accuses Obama of running an illegal conspiracy to subvert the rule of law

When Obama says "rule of law" it is, in the liberal elite fashion, exactly the opposite of what he means.  He means, liberalism is the law, rule of man is the law.  In other words, it is turned on its head.  This is the liberal elite code; that of the great deceiver.  Everything is upside down, even the Christian cross.  I know a lot of people step in to 'splain these things but the explanations hit my ear as being ridiculous.

8. Respect for Flag

• The flag should never be displayed with the union down, except as a signal of dire distress in instances of extreme danger to life or property.

Quick interpretation: “Dire distress and extreme danger to life or property” should not be taken lightly here. These instances do not include moments of personal dissatisfaction or times of protest. While it is legal to express yourself in whatever way you so chose, it is illegal to fly an American flag upside down unless you are in a life or death situation. People have faced legal charges for flying an American flag upside down.
Turning things upside down is the ultimate symbol of disrespect for it.  Thus, there was little need to explain away this graphic from my post several years ago.  You cannot see that graphic and then have some Hillary apologist come in and say what I really meant was something other than she's a fucking despicable criminal.

When Rand Paul says rule of law he means it from the traditional conservative perspective.  And Rand Paul is now opening accusing Obama of personally running an illegal conspiracy within the government of subverting rule of law.  I have never seen the like.  These are very very serious accusations which Rand Paul would never make on a whim.  And saying them aloud could be political suicide unless there is eventual follow through on an investigation of obama and his cronies that results in convictions and jail time.
