I like Midway Gold (MDW)

OK I have to be honest with this one.  Mega pump and dump artist Jonathan Lebed sent this one to my inbox with a long story, song and dance about all the fundamentals of Midway Gold.  But who the heck cares about fundamentals as told by an infamous and talented pump and dump artist like Lebed?  In fact ALL stock market fundamentals are fake except those that specifically pertain to the payment of dividends.  Everything else is fantasy football.  People say well a company is worth XYZ times their earnings, blah blah blah.  Bull$HIT!!!   A company that pays you nothing is all risk.  Your risk.  Maybe the shares will go up in price if you find a greater fool to sell them to.  Maybe they will go down.  But you bear the risk, not the company.  This is vastly different than a company which is committed to paying dividends.

In any case, these shares have already rocketed so I'd like to buy pullbacks but if you look at the bigger picture they are still near the lows of the past 5 years AND they have formed an inclining double bottom that is 5 years wide.  That is a lot of basing.  Look at the first wave up back in 2008-2011.  It was clearly an ending diagonal.  Ending diagonals are known to retrace almost their whole length.  Now look at that retracement.  What is the shape of it?  Yes, that's right, it is a clear a-b-c.  If wave 1 up ran to $3, and wave 2 bottomed back at 80 cents, what do you think wave 3 is going to look like?  How about 3 of 3?  The odds are very high that this one will gap up and then take off to new highs.  I don't means small gaps like we have seen in the stock so far, I mean big visible gaps up.

This is just like a low priced option but one that does not expire unless the company goes BK.  With all of the fundamentals that Lebed spewed, BK is very unlikely.  You do have to give it to the guy, he does know how the world of stock works.  He's been scamming away at it since a teenager.  But I'm not picking on him.  All of Wall St. is a gigantic scam, a massive con game that will at some point collapse into its own footprint.  Seems crazy to say it, I know but it's happened over and over again in history so many times that it is not just likely, it's eventually assured.  Why?  Because there is no real value in their fake finance system.  It is a massive debt Ponzi.

I don't give free investing advice but if I did I would be telling people to buy the beaten down Jr. Miners.  Those with less risk appeal can buy a basket of them in the GDX or GDXJ ETFs.
