Bloomberg says Americans are exceptional....

.... book cookers.  Bloomberg just printed a story saying much of American business success is due to "financial engineering and accounting sleight of hand".   Will this be the quarter where analysts begin calling bullshit on American corporation book keeping practices?  We love to laugh about how dishonest and crooked Chinese business it but IMO they learned it from the USA.
