Colorado sheriff will not comply with enforcing "red flag" gun confiscation laws

Everyone has to do what they think is right.  Sometimes its right to comply with laws but sometimes laws are made up by despots and criminals.  How many laws did Hitler create that were amoral?  Something just being a law doesn't mean it is good or even a moral thing.

Colorado lawmakers are trying to ramrod a "red flag" law into the books up there.  The move is not even a law yet but people who stand to lose their careers by talking out are in any case talking out.  CNN reports that Weld County sheriff Steve Reams is publicly saying he will not enforce any such law not matter what it costs him.  This of course is more than a personal statement.  He's not only speaking for the sheriff's department, but for all people in his county because if the sheriff will not arrest you, it's not a law.  As I have always said, when people act based on right and wrong instead of based on money, career and the like, it means that the power of the fake money is dwindling and that Mammon is losing control over Man.

Even more interesting is the notion that liberal states declaration of "sanctuary cities" which in fact spit in the face of immigration laws, have opened the door to second amendment "sanctuary counties" where laws attacking the ideals of conservative gun owners will also be ignored.  There is a trend here folks. "Sanctuary" is really just a placeholder for "sovereign".  It simply means that the people are banding together at lower and lower levels in the power pyramid to proclaim their independence from rules placed upon them from those higher up in the pyramid.  It's essentially a statement that the flow of fake money spewing from the Eye of Horus (AKA trickle down economics) is no longer buying the fake loyalty that it once used to.  This is exactly what I said was going to happen as the Global Debt Ponzi peaked and then began The Great Decline.

These red flag laws are absolutely amoral.  They punish people who have done no crime simply for speaking their mind.  Red Flag laws are thus an abominable attack on both the 2nd and 1st amendments to the constitution which do not grant us our unalienable rights but simply call them out for what they are: God given and thus not under the legitimate control of man to take away.  That doesn't mean that men with guns won't try to do so if ordered to but it also leaves the consciences of those who will not comply clean no matter the outcome.  I personally will not comply with some fake precrime red flag law and I guarantee it would turn into a war on my front lawn.  I don't care who reads this and I am quite sure it will send flags up in the NSA computer.  I just don't care.  Police have lost all moral authority and if they come with guns to strip me of my God given rights then I say let's party.

Anyone who wants to think of themselves as a Free Person will say the same thing.  It is protected speech in the eyes of God and in the words of the 1st amendment of the constitution.  As Charlton Heston used to say, "from my cold, dead hands".  If states no longer have to follow federal immigration laws that they don't agree with then why should I have to follow any laws that I don't agree with?  If I'm not hurting anyone else, leave me alone OR ELSE.
