Today I want to point out the sad truths of the current Venezuelan crisis in which Zerohedge discusses how many with college degrees are now making their living on their backs.
How, oh how does it ever have to come to this?? Have you ever wondered? Is it just because of socialism? If that's what you think, think again. It has nothing to do with socialism. NOTHING. I am not a socialist nor do I think it is a good way of doing things but I also know that it is not the root cause behind Venezuela's problems. Was Wiemar Republic also socialist?? No it was not. So to blame socialism like many are doing is to buy into the lies of the puppet masters.
The only common denominator between Wiemar and Venezuela is the adoption of fake money by the people as if it were real. That's it. No other cause, period. Let me ask you something: do you think those in Venezuela who did not trust the fake money system (and instead kept all their stored wealth in gold and silver) are screwed right now? Do you think they are whoring themselves out for their daily consumption needs? If that were the case then people would not be flocking to go work in gold mines there. Those with gold and silver are doing fine. Their purchasing power did not evaporate along with everyone else's. They kept their wealth as the hyperinflation wiped everyone else out. In fact I can safely say that as the fake money died, the future of gold holders improved.
So at this point we know FOR SURE and without doubt that Venezuelan currency is no store of value. The hyperinflation there rages on to the degree that I don't even have to provide links. It's just completely understood globally. In other words Venezuelan Bolivars are, were and always will be fake money. But how are they any different from US dollars? Because of American exceptionalism?? HA! Venezuelans are just people. They are no better or worse than Americans. Their fake money economy went boom and bust with the oil bubble and too many people got screwed because they could not deal with the volatility.
Fake money breeds volatility and volatility is coming to all markets that are dominated by fake money, including the US stock market.
