[USO] update

At the backlink I was looking for a breakout on the weekly linear scale:




The breakout was not dramatic, but it happened.  The herd has spoken on the matter.  Commodities are going up.  So will drillers and miners and nat gas.




Zooming in I count the past few days as an a-b-c retracement which will likely break to a new high.  IT will be a 3rd wave so we should expect some momo strength to begin showing up soon.:
