[SLV] update

In the backlink I lamented the fact that SLV had been stuck at critical resistance for a long time.  That is never good.  Today it looks to be breakout out finally.  If this is happening with SLV, perhaps GLD is already done with its pullback and thus JNUG too.  We'll have to keep a close eye over there but if silver is catching a bid then it means real confidence is heading into M+M.  The marginal players are always the last to catch a bid.
