[SLV] not looking good

SLV/USLV should have broken out today.  The implication is bearish unless it can break out that top rail real danged soon.  As in 1 day.  I haven't quite given up on it but this is not looking good yet.  Besides, gold should be in pullback mode right now so silver will probably be weak as well.
