Market Oracle: Dow Theory sell signal is confirmed.

Why people think that dark backgrounds on charts are a good thing is beyond me but I think you get the point.  Both the transports and the industrials have hit new lows.  BTW I really don't have any experience with Dow Theory.  I don't know that this means anything.  But I do know that some people think it's important.
