[USLV] update

The backlink model busted on USLV and so I had to take a step back but I am back into it today @$12.75.  Tight stops are in effect but I'm expecting a significant rally to begin as soon as tomorrow.  If I get stopped out I'll just look for the next entry point because this is rapidly approaching if not already at a significant bottom.
