[DRD] update

In the backlink I pointed out a possible 4th wave HT scenario that people should be watching.  this 4th wave, should it occur, should be an a-b-c and it should break down before the vertex of the HT is reached on the time scale.  One more wave up and I think the first requirement might be blown out.  So it's crunch time for that model right now (DRD 60 minute chart below).
