[JNUG] update

At the backlink I worried about the wave turning into a 4th wave HT.  That threat is not over IMO.  As long as JNUG reverses back up before turning into 5 waves down I think it will begin to pick up speed to the upside.  But if this just moves back up to kiss the upper rail from below and cannot break out then, well, that is exactly what stops are for folks.
