[UVXY] update

In the backlink I indicated a critical support level which was broken in what appears to be 5 small waves.  So I think that the odds lean towards wave black 5 playing out as previously modeled.  Of course, it will not be confirmed until both rails of the  HT are taken out to the downside, probably both happening during wave 3 of 5 down as shown.
