Here is the video.  It's not proof of anything, just more confirming evidence that my world view is correct.  Oil is ready to rumble and the the Russian ETFs like RUSL (3x leveraged with options based time decay) and RSX (not leveraged, no options based time decay)  are a great way to play it in a leveraged fashion.
