US re-opening relations with Cuba is conservative move.

After multiple decades of ridiculous and asinine embargoes of Cuba, Obama is finally making strides in opening up relations with this non-enemy country.  Of course, Obama's moves are purely political.  By showing such generosity toward the Cuban population of the US, he hopes to buy votes for 2016.  It's pure desperation after the liberal drubbing he received during the mid terms.  Of course, his move will not matter.  Cubans know why he is doing it. When they supported the liberals, the embargo stayed in place despite multiple years of liberal rule.  But now that the liberals are not getting votes, only now do the oligarchs throw their brainwashed followers a bone.

All of this is being done for all the wrong reasons but it is more proof that a new and wide ranging conservatism is sweeping the herd.
